摘要
重大工程项目在多组织协作中易产生负面反馈,如何有效转化其对项目绩效的影响尚需深入探究,尤其需厘清关系质量在其中的作用。本研究基于关系治理理论构建负面反馈影响重大工程项目绩效的作用路径模型。实证检验发现,负面反馈不仅直接促进项目绩效提升,更通过激发合作行为产生关键间接作用;尤为重要的是,关系质量呈现显著反向调节效应,即低关系质量强化负面反馈对合作的积极影响,高关系质量则弱化该效应。据此,研究为重大工程管理提供了重要对策,高关系质量团队应建立直接问题响应通道,而中低关系质量团队需强化合作行为激励机制,从而实现负面反馈的有效转化。
Megaprojects involving multi-organizational collaboration frequently generate negative feedback,effectively leveraging its impact on project performance,particularly clarifying the role of relationship quality,requires deeper investigation.Based on the relationship governance theory,this study constructs a pathway model to examine how negative feedback influences megaproject performance.Empirical results reveal that negative feedback not only directly enhances project performance but also exerts a crucial indirect effect by stimulating collaborative behavior.Significantly,relationship quality demonstrates a counterintuitive moderating effect.Low relationship quality strengthens the positive impact of negative feedback on collaboration,whereas high relationship quality weakens this effect.Consequently,high relationship quality teams should establish direct issue-response channels,while medium-low relationship quality teams need reinforced incentives for collaborative behavior to effectively transform negative feedback.
