摘要
通过对高品质住宅项目的总体要求、建筑设计特点以及施工建造的重难点分析,针对建造过程中出现的突出问题,深入探讨了其产生的原因,并有针对性地研究和采取了相应的对策,实现了新的设计理念对产品的要求,有效解决了高品质住宅建造过程中的难题。
Through analyzing the general requirements,architectural design characteristics and key and difficult points in construction of high-quality residential projects,aiming at several outstanding problems in the construction process,this paper deeply discusses their causes,and makes targeted research and adopts corresponding countermeasures,so as to realize the requirements of new design concepts for products and effectively solve the problems in the construction of high-quality residential buildings,with a view to providing a set of effective solutions for similar problems in the construction of high-quality residential buildings.
