摘要
为促进大豆田实际生产中茎叶除草剂的合理选择与应用,选择9种茎叶除草剂采用随机区组试验设计方法,进行田间药效试验。结果表明,施药后30 d的鲜重防效结果表现为240 g·L^(-1)烯草酮乳油、108 g·L^(-1)高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油对禾本科稗草防效在90%以上,250 g·L^(-1)氟磺胺草醚水剂、480 g·L^(-1)灭草松可溶液剂、84%氯酯磺草胺水分散粒剂对阔叶杂草防效在80%以上,480 g·L^(-1)异噁草松乳油、自混对一年生杂草总草防效在80%以上,复配药剂35%松·喹·氟磺胺乳油和37%氟·松·烯草酮可分散油悬浮剂对一年生杂草总草防效在90%以上;施药后14 d作物安全性结果,480 g·L^(-1)异噁草松乳油、自混及两种复配药剂均对大豆产生一定药害;测产结果,各处理组与空白对照组相比增产明显,增产率为37.27%~66.31%。综上,不同除草剂的杀草谱不同、对大豆的安全性也有一定差异,两种复配药剂总草防效优异,虽对大豆产生一定药害,但与人工处理组相比产量无明显差异。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the rational selection and application of stem and leaf herbicides in the actual production of soybean fields.In this study,nine stem and leaf herbicides were selected and a randomized block trial design method was adopted to conduct field efficacy tests.The results showed that,the fresh heavy control efficacy o 30 days after application of 240 g·L^(-1) of clethodim EC and 108 g·L^(-1) of haloxyfop-p EC on Echinochloa crus-galli were above 90%.The control efficacy of 250 g·L^(-1) fomesafen AS,480 g·L^(-1) bentazon SL,84%cloransulam-methyl AS on broad-leaved weed were above 80%.The total control efficacy of 480 g·L^(-1) clomazone EC and self-mixing were more than 80%,the total control effect of 35%bentazon·quizalofop-p-ethyl·fomesafen EC and 37%fomesafen·bentazon·clethodim OD were above 90%.480 g·L^(-1) clomazone EC,self-mixing and two compound agents were harmful to soybean.Compared with blank control,the yield increase of each treatment group was 37.27%-66.31%.In conclusion,the weed control spectra of different herbicides are different,and there are also certain differences in safety for soybeans.The total weed control effect of the two compound agents is excellent.Although they cause certain phytotoxicity to soybeans,the yield difference is not obvious compared with the artificial treatment group.
