基于动态导航的采煤机自主截割规划研究

摘要 为了解决采煤机在复杂地质条件下自主截割的难题,通过构建动态导航曲面,研究采煤机的自适应截割角度与高度调整方法。实验结果表明,该方法能显著提高采煤机的截割质量和效率,特别是在煤岩界面突变时能快速调整截割参数,确保设备安全高效运行,为现代化煤矿开采提供了有力的技术支撑。 To address the challenge of autonomous cutting by shearers under complex geological conditions,adaptive methods for adjusting the cutting angle and height of the shearer were investigatedby constructing a dynamic navigation surface.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method significantly enhances the cutting quality and efficiency of the shearer.Particularly in cases of abrupt changes in the coal-rock interface,it enables rapid adjustment of cutting parameters,ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation,providing robust technical support for modern coal mining.
