摘要
膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)是一种中晚期退行性骨关节疾病,以关节软骨变性为特征,严重影响患者的日常生活。KOA病因复杂,目前的治疗策略是延缓病情进展为主。近年来,杜仲、牛膝、淫羊藿等补益肝肾类中药在KOA的防治中具有广泛的应用并取得较显著疗效。进一步对其药理作用研究后发现黄酮类成分是补益肝肾类中药常见的活性成分之一,其中包括槲皮素、淫羊藿苷、柚皮苷、木犀草素等并通过调控MAPK通路、NF-KB等信号通路发挥对KOA关节软骨炎性反应的抑制作用。文章旨在对近些年来补益肝肾类中药在治疗KOA关节软骨炎症中所涉及的黄酮类成分的作用机制进行详细地综述和深入分析,以期对KOA的治疗及黄酮类成分的临床应用提供理论基础与研究思路。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a degenerative bone and joint disease of the elderly characterized by the degeneration of joint cartilage,which significantly affects patients'daily lives.The pathogenesis of KOA is very complex,and current treatment strategies mainly focus on slowing its progression.In terms of treating inflammation and pain associated with KOA,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated its unique therapeutic advantages by focusing on holistic regulation and balancing Yin and Yang.In recent years,TCM herbs that tonify the liver and kidneys have been widely used in the prevention and treatment of KOA and have achieved significant therapeutic effects.Flavonoids are one of the common active ingredients in these herbs that tonify the liver and kidneys,and they have a considerable improvement effect on KOA joint cartilage inflammation by inhibiting inflammatory pathways and regulating MAPK and NF-κB pathways.This study aims to provide a detailed review and in-depth analysis of the mechanisms of action of flavonoids involved in the treatment of KOA joint cartilage inflammation by herbs that tonify the liver and kidneys in recent years.
