动态多层级Xbar质控体系在烟支烟气质量保证中的应用

摘要 通过构建科学动态多层级Xbar质控体系监控烟支烟气指标变化,提升烟气质量特性内部质控的有效性,支撑卷烟盒标烟气释放量质量控制管理。应用图表工具,形成一氧化碳释放量、烟碱释放量和焦油释放量三项盒标烟气指标的月均值移动Xbar体系,根据基本质控规则对指标的月均值进行监测,对异常点构建绑定样本日均值移动Xbar-S体系。设置随着观测值的不断增加,定期进行必要的控制限修改。针对烟气数据,Xbar控制图对日间的变异表现清晰,适于对系统误差作判断分析。建立了烟支的盒标烟气释放量动态月均值Xbar控制规则,保证烟气内部质量监控方法。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of monitoring changes in cigarette smoke indicators through the construction of a scientific dynamic multi-level Xbar quality control chart,enhancing the internal quality control of smoke quality characteristics,and supporting the quality control management of smoke release quantity labeled on cigarette packs.Methods Using charting tools,a monthly mean moving Xbar system for three smoke indicators labeled on cigarette packs,namely carbon monoxide release,nicotine release,and tar release,was formed.Based on basic quality control rules,subsequent monthly means of the indicators were monitored,and outliers were constructed into a bound sample daily mean moving Xbar-S system.The control limits were set and periodically revised as necessary with the continuous increase of observed values.Results For smoke data,the Xbar control chart clearly demonstrates inter-day variation,making it suitable for the judgment and analysis of systematic errors.Conclusion The dynamic monthly mean Xbar control rule for smoke release quantity labeled on cigarette packs provides an intuitive and practical method for ensuring internal quality control of smoke.
