摘要
《多能鄙事》是重要的“日用类书”,内容涵盖饮食、服饰、居室、医药等多个方面,对于研究元末明初社会生活与物质文化具有重要价值。然而,该书的作者、版本与成书年代历来存在较大争议。在研读现存善本和前人研究的基础上,对《多能鄙事》的编者、成书时间、内容来源等进行再考证,十分必要。
Duonengbishi is a significant example of the“encyclopedias of daily use”,encompassing a broad array of subjects such as food,clothing,household management,and medicine.It constitutes a valuable source for understanding social life and material culture in the late Yuan and early Ming periods.Yet questions concerning its authorship,extant editions,and date of compilation remain unresolved and have long been matters of scholarly debate.Drawing upon extant high-quality editions and a systematic review of previous research,this article offers renewed opinions of the work’s compiler,its probable time of completion,and the textual origins of its contents.
