燃烧室压力对WC-10Ni_(5)Cr涂层的组织及性能影响

摘要 本文利用超音速火焰喷涂技术,采用3种不同的喷涂工艺参数制备了WC-10Ni_(5)Cr涂层,研究了喷涂参数对WC-10Ni_(5)Cr涂层的微观形貌、结合强度、孔隙率、沉积率及力学性能的影响。研究发现:采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备的WC-10Ni_(5)Cr涂层与基体之间结合良好,结合强度均在73 MPa以上;涂层组织致密,孔隙率均小于0.5%;涂层的沉积率随着燃烧室压力的增加降低了10%;随着燃烧室压力的增加,涂层的显微硬度增加,但断裂韧性降低。 In this paper,WC-10Ni_(5)Cr coatings were prepared using high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying technology with three different spraying process parameters,and the effects of the spraying parameters on the microscopic morphology,bonding strength,porosity,deposition rate and mechanical properties of the WC-10Ni_(5)Cr coatings were investigated.It was found that the WC-10Ni_(5)Cr coatings prepared by supersonic flame spraying technique were well bonded with the substrate,and the bond strengths were all above 73 MPa.The coating structure is dense and the porosity is less than 0.5%.The deposition rate of the coating decreased by 10%with increasing combustion chamber pressure.The microhardness of the coating increases with increasing combustion chamber pressure,but the fracture toughness decreases.
