摘要
对铝合金单层平板网格结构进行了静力及整体稳定性数值分析,评价了改良的铝合金板式节点受力性能,对施工过程结构关键部位的应力和变形进行了监测和评估。为了使铝合金单层平板网格结构较好地承担整体弯曲效应,铝合金网格节点采用改良加强措施,且采用树状柱支承。分析和监测结果表明,树状柱支承的铝合金单层平板网格结构具有优良承载能力和稳定性能,结构局部受强度控制,整体稳定性能获得保证;采用加强的板式节点构造可以保证节点连接的刚性,提高了平板结构的抗弯性能;结构健康监测结果为结构施工及关键卸载措施提供数据支持,现场监测结果的变化趋势与结构分析结果相符,结构各构件应力及变形结果在结构竣工时均小于预警值,保证了结构施工过程的安全性。
The static and overall stability numerical analysis were carried out for an aluminium alloy single layer latticed plate strcuture,the mechanical performance of strengthed aluminium alloy plate joint was evaluated,and the structural performances on stress and deformation at key locations of the structure were monitored and evaluated.To bear bending effects better for the aluminum alloy single-layer latticed plate structure,strengthened joint constructions were designed and dendriform-columns were applied.The analysis and monitoring results show that the aluminum alloy single-layer latticed plate structure supported by dendriform-columns has excellent load-bearing capacity and stability performance.At some local parts,members in the structure are controlled by strength,and the overall stability performance is guaranteed here.The adoption of the strengthened plate-type joint construction can ensure the rigidity of the joint connection and improve the bending resistance performance of the latticed plate structure.The results of structural health monitoring provide data support for the construction of the structure and key unloading steps.The variation trend of the on-site monitoring results is consistent with the analysis results well.The member stresses and deformation results of the structure are all less than the warning value at the time of structure completion,verifying the safety during the construction of the structure.
