摘要
蒙医传统放血疗法以其独具民族特色的外治方式,在蒙医学中拥有重要地位。蒙医放血疗法具有疏通脉道、调理体素,引病外除,调平寒热等作用。此外该疗法所使用的器具别具一格,操作过程简便,不仅降低了治疗成本,而且不会产生严重的不良反应。因其显著的疗效,这种治疗方法不仅在临床上得到了普及,还常用于多种疾病的治疗及预防,成为医学研究的焦点之一。本文将蒙医放血疗法的文献研究、作用机理、临床应用方面的研究现状进行了梳理的总结。
The traditional Mongolian bloodletting therapy,with its unique ethnic characteristics in external treatment methods,holds an important position in Mongolian medicine.The Mongolian bloodletting therapy has the functions of unblocking meridians,regulating body substances,expelling diseases externally,and balancing cold and heat.Besides,the tools used in this therapy are distinctive,and the operation process is simple.It not only reduces the treatment cost but also avoids serious side effects.Due to its remarkable efficacy,this treatment method has not only been widely popularized in clinical practice but also frequently used in the treatment and prevention of various diseases,becoming one of the focuses of medical research.This article summarizes the research status of literature,mechanism of action,and clinical application of the Mongolian bloodletting therapy.
