摘要
中医医疗机构普法教育是中医药行业健康可持续发展的关键环节。作者通过对浙江省中医医疗机构普法现状调研,揭示了普法工作中存在一些问题。这些问题主要包括培训内容空洞、实操性不足,基层落实存在形式主义,内部法律人才配置不足,医务人员和患者法律意识薄弱,以及宣传方式单一、互动性不足等。研究发现,尽管中医医疗机构普法工作逐步得到重视,并采取了多种宣传与培训形式,但普法教育的实际效果仍然受到上述问题的制约。建议加强培训的实操性与互动性,强化内部法律人才建设,建立典型案例共享机制,创新普法宣传方式,以及推进多部门协同与普法融入执法等。
Legal education in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medical institutions is a key component for ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the TCM sector.Through an investigation of the current status of legal education in TCM medical institutions in Zhejiang Province,this study reveals several existing problems.These include superficial and insufficiently practical training content,formalistic implementation at the grassroots level,inadequate allocation of internal legal professionals,weak legal awareness among medical staff and patients,as well as limited and non-interactive publicity approaches.The findings indicate that although legal education in TCM medical institutions has gained increasing attention and multiple forms of training and publicity have been adopted,its practical effectiveness remains constrained by the above issues.Recommendations include strengthening the practicality and interactivity of training,enhancing internal legal talent development,establishing a mechanism for sharing representative legal cases,innovating legal education and publicity methods,and promoting multi-department collaboration and the integration of legal education with law enforcement.
