摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理联合治疗性游戏在日间口腔龋齿手术患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年2月1日—2025年1月31日收治的110例龋齿患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组各55例,常规组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理和治疗性游戏干预。比较两组畏惧程度[采用儿童畏惧调查表-牙科分量表(CFSS-DS)]、焦虑程度[采用Spence儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)]、治疗依从性[采用Frankl依从量表(FCS)]、疼痛程度[采用Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表修订版(FPS-R)]。结果:干预后,两组CFSS-DS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于常规组(P<0.01);干预后,两组SCAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于常规组(P<0.01);干预后,两组FCS评分均高于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组高于常规组(P<0.01);干预后,两组FPS-R评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:对日间口腔龋齿手术患儿应用精细化护理结合治疗性游戏能缓解畏惧心理,降低焦虑程度,同时提升治疗依从性,减轻疼痛程度。
Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing combined with therapeutic play applying to children with day surgery for decayed tooth.Methods:A total of 110 children with decayed teeth,treated from February 1,2024 to January 31,2025,were selected as the research objects and were divided into a routine group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The children in the routine group were given routine nursing care,and the children in the observation group were given refined nursing and intervention by therapeutic play.The degree of fear[using Children′s Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale(CFSS-DS)],the degree of anxiety[using Spence Children′s Anxiety Scale(SCAS)],the treatment compliance[using Frankl Compliance Scale(FCS)]and the degree of pain[using Wong-Baker Faces Pain Scale-Revised(FPS-R)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the CFSS-DS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.01).The SCAS scores of the two groups were lower after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores of Frankl Behavior Rating Scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.01).After intervention,the FPS-R scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of refined nursing combined with therapeutic play in children with day surgery for decayed tooth can relieve fear,reduce anxiety and pain,and improve treatment compliance of children.
