摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式对喉癌术后患者负性情绪、癌因性疲乏的影响。方法以2019年5月至2020年5月于郑州大学第一附属医院咽喉头颈外科就诊的行喉癌手术的128例患者为研究对象,根据护理方案将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组64例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上实施聚焦解决模式,以各类评分为主要评价指标分析两组间护理效果的差异。结果研究组Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)评分各项指标、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总体幸福感量表(GWB评分)评分各项指标、护理满意度、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对喉癌手术患者实施基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预措施,充分尊重了患者意愿,激发了其个体潜能,有效缓解了术后负性情绪,显著改善了患者癌因性疲乏症状,提高了生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of the solution-focused approach on negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue in postoperative laryngeal cancer patients.Methods A total of 128 patients who underwent laryngeal cancer surgery at the Department of Laryngology,Head and Neck Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.Based on nursing interventions,the patients were divided into a study group and a control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the study group was additionally treated with the solution-focused approach.Various scores were used as the main evaluation indicators to analyze the differences in nursing outcomes between the two groups.Results The scores of the revised Piper fatigue scale(RPFS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the scores of the general well-being schedule(GWB),nursing satisfaction,and 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nursing interventions based on the solution-focused approach for postoperative laryngeal cancer patients fully respects patients’preferences,stimulates their individual potential,effectively alleviates negative emotions,significantly improves cancer-related fatigue symptoms,and enhances their quality of life.This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
