基于分子动力学模拟探究不同交联剂对变压器纤维素绝缘纸性能的影响

Effect of different crosslinking agents on properties of transformer cellulose insulating paper based on molecular dynamics simulation

摘要 纤维素绝缘纸作为油浸式电力变压器的重要绝缘组成部分,其绝缘性能直接影响变压器的安全稳定运行。本文提出以交联剂为“桥梁”连接相邻两条纤维素分子链的三维网状分子结构方案,并通过分子动力学模拟探究了3种交联剂(1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)、柠檬酸(CA)和马来酸(MA))对纤维素绝缘纸性能的影响,选取出合适的交联剂作为“桥梁”用于研制具有三维网状结构的绝缘纸,从而提高纤维素绝缘纸的性能。结果表明:MA改性虽然提升了纤维素体系的拉伸性能和韧性,但导致纤维素体系的热稳定性降低,极化率和介电常数增加;BTCA改性不仅导致纤维素体系的热稳定性降低,而且BTCA存在成本高、合成复杂,污染环境的缺点;CA改性使纤维素体系具有更低介电常数、介质损耗的同时保持了优良的热稳定性和力学性能,因此优选CA作为交联剂改性纤维素绝缘纸。 Cellulose insulating paper is an important insulation component of oil-immersed power transformer,and its insulation properties directly affect the safe and stable operation of transformer.This paper proposed a three-dimensional network molecular structure scheme that used crosslinking agent as"bridge"to connect two adjacent cellulose molecular chains.The effects of three crosslinking agents(1,2,3,4-butane tetracarboxylic acid(BTCA),citric acid(CA)and maleic acid(MA))on the properties of cellulose insulating paper were investigated by molecular dynamics simulation.A suitable crosslinking agent was selected as a"bridge"to develop insulating paper with three-dimensional network structure,so as to improve the performance of cellulose insulating paper.The results show that although MA modification improves the tensile properties and toughness of the cellulose system,it decreases the thermal stability and increases the polarizability and dielectric constant of the system.BTCA modification not only reduces the thermal stability of the cellulose system,but also has the disadvantages of high cost,complex synthesis,and environmental pollution.CA modification enables the cellulose system to possess lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss while maintaining excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties,so CA is preferred as a crosslinking agent to modify cellulose insulating paper.
