煤矿大倾角工作面安全高效开采技术的运用

摘要 该文以高家梁煤矿为例,对煤矿大倾角工作面的安全高效开采技术展开探析。首先分析工程概况,并采用模拟分析的方法,对大倾角工作面采场覆岩活动规律展开探讨,分析开采深度为不同时,采场覆岩移动特征变化,并对工作面倾斜方向的采场覆岩活动规律进行总结。然后搭建大倾角工作面安全高效开采技术体系,依次介绍大倾角工作面稳定性控制技术、防片帮冒顶控制技术、安全高效过断层技术的具体应用方法。最后通过矿压实测,判断此技术体系的应用效果。结果表明,该文所提出的开采技术体系,可有效防范大倾角工作面开采作业安全事故,能够保障开采作业安全、高效、科学推进。 Taking Gaojialiang Coal Mine as an example,this paper explores the safe and efficient mining technology of the large-inclination working face in coal mines.First,the project overview is analyzed,and the simulation analysis method is used to discuss the activity laws of the overlying strata in the stope of the large dip face.When the mining depth is different,the movement characteristics of the overlying strata in the stope change,and the overlying strata in the direction of the working face tilt are summarized.Then,a safe and efficient mining technology system for the large-inclination working face is established.The specific application methods of the stability control technology for the large-inclination working face,the control technology for preventing sheet side roof collapse,and the safe and efficient fault crossing technology are introduced successively.Finally,the application effect of this technical system is judged through the actual measurement of mine pressure.The results show that the mining technology system proposed in this paper can effectively prevent safety accidents in mining operations on large-inclination working faces and ensure the safe,efficient and scientific advancement of mining operations.
