摘要
薄型双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(BOPET)熔体铸膜过程中由于熔体的不稳定,可能会出现“熔体脉动”现象。熔体脉动严重影响铸膜生产的稳定性和质量,并阻碍薄型产品的生产开发。文中介绍了薄型BOPET在铸膜阶段的熔体脉动现象,并对其产生的原因以及解决方法进行分析、研究。研究表明铸膜生产过程中熔体齿轮泵、静电吸附装置等设备,铸膜模头唇口开度、薄膜边膜梯度等工艺条件对熔体脉动影响显著,为解决铸膜过程中的脉动问题提供了解决思路。
During the melt casting process of thin BOPET film,the instability of the melt leads to the phenomenon of"pulse waveform"in the thickness profile of the film,which is called"melt pulsation".Melt pulsation seriously affects the stability and quality of film production,and hinders the production and development of thinner products.This article introduced the phenomenon of melt pulsation during the casting stage of thin BOPET film production,and analyzed the causes and solutions of the pulsation phenomenon.Research indicated that equipment such as melt gear pumps and electrostatic adsorption devices,along with process parameters like the lip opening of the casting die and the edge bead gradient,significantly influencd melt pulsation.This provided crucial insights for addressing pulsation issues during the film manufacturing process.
