摘要
新能源产业是新质生产力驱动下的典型业态,其融资效率提升不仅有利于优化资源配置,还能助力企业高质量发展。运用DEA-Malmquist模型,对长三角35家新能源上市公司融资效率进行测度。结果显示:从静态看,长三角地区新能源企业融资效率呈波动性态势,且融资效率存在显著的区域异质性;从动态看,长三角地区新能源企业全要素生产率的增长主要受益于技术进步率的提高,技术创新对融资效率提升的贡献度更为显著。据此,应进一步强化创新引领作用,促进新能源产业技术升级;持续优化生产布局,提质增效释放规模经济效益;深化区域协同联动,构建高质量发展的新格局。
The new energy industry is a typical business form driven by new quality productivity.Improving its financing efficiency not only helps optimize resource allocation but also promotes the highquality development of enterprises.By applying the DEA-Malmquist model,the financing efficiency of 35 listed new energy enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta was measured.The results are as follows:from a static perspective,the financing efficiency of new energy enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region shows a fluctuating trend,and there is significant regional heterogeneity in the financing efficiency;from a dynamic perspective,the growth of total factor productivity of new energy enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region mainly benefits from the improvement of technological progress rate,and the contribution of technological innovation to the improvement of financing efficiency is more significant.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the leading role of innovation,promote the technological upgrading of the new energy industry,continuously optimize the production layout,improve efficiency and release the scale economic benefits,deepen regional collaboration and linkage,and build a new pattern of high-quality development.
