摘要
目的:探讨基于圆运动理论的雷火灸对2型糖尿病患者疲乏状况的影响。方法:便利抽样选取南通市两家三级医院2021年6月—2022年12月收治的162例成人2型糖尿病住院患者,抛硬币分组。观察组采用基于圆运动理论的雷火灸方案干预,对照组采用消渴病中医护理方案推荐的穴位贴敷法干预。主要测量指标为干预2周后患者疲乏症状改善有效率、疲劳严重程度评分及简易机体功能评估,次要测量指标包括干预疗程结束后24 h内的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及中医护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组疲劳严重程度评估量表(fatigue severity scale,FSS)得分、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于干预前和对照组(均P<0.05);两组疲乏症状改善有效率差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);观察组干预结束24 h内平衡功能测试高于干预前和对照组(P<0.001);观察组总体中医护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:与穴位贴敷法相比,基于圆运动理论的雷火灸施灸方案更利于改善2型糖尿病患者疲乏状况,提高平衡功能,控制血糖,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Lei Huo Moxibustion based on circular motion theory on fatigue in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted at two tertiary hospitals in Nantong City,involving 162 hospitalized adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus from June 2021 to December 2022.Participants were randomly assigned via coin toss.The observation group received Lei Huo Moxibustion therapy based on circular motion theory,while the control group underwent traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions using acupoint patch application.Primary outcomes included improvement rates of fatigue symptoms,severity scores,and balance function measurements after 2 weeks of intervention.Secondary outcomes comprised fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour glucose levels,and traditional Chinese medicine nursing satisfaction within 24 hours after intervention.Results:Post-intervention,the observation group demonstrated significantly lower fatigue severity scale(FSS),fasting blood glucose,and postprandial 2-hour glucose levels compared with both pre-intervention and control groups(all P<0.05).The improvement rate of fatigue symptoms showed statistically significant differences between groups(P=0.012).The observation group exhibited higher balance function scores within 24 hours after intervention than pre-intervention and control groups(P<0.001).Additionally,the observation group reported higher overall traditional Chinese medicine nursing satisfaction than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with acupoint patch application,Lei Huo Moxibustion therapy based on circular motion theory effectively alleviates fatigue,improves balance function,controls blood glucose levels,and achieves higher patient satisfaction in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
