摘要
针对传统冶金炉冷却水集水箱存在的监测滞后、集成度低、安全防护不足及运维复杂等问题,提出一种融合模块化集成、工业总线通信与智能诊断防护技术的智能型集水箱方案。该方案通过一体化设计,将集水箱本体、智能检测仪表、快速切断阀及控制单元预制为整体,并采用PROFINET总线架构替代传统硬接线。基于供回水流量差阈值算法,系统可实现泄漏的实时诊断与毫秒级(≤1 s)主动断水保护。工业应用案例(32支管系统)表明,该方案能减少96%以上的电缆用量,提升远程运维效率,并为炉体热平衡计算提供完整数据,显著提升了冶金炉冷却系统的安全性、可靠性与智能化水平。
In response to the issues of delayed monitoring,low integration,insufficient safety protection,and complex operation and maintenance associated with traditional water headers in metallurgical furnace cooling systems,this paper proposes an intelligent water header solution that incorporates modular integration,industrial bus communication,and intelligent diagnostic protection technologies.The water header body,intelligent detection instruments,rapid shut-off valves,and control units are prefabricated as a single unit by means of an integrated design,with the PROFINET bus architecture replacing traditional hard wiring.Based on a supply-return water flow differential threshold algorithm,the system enables real-time leakage diagnosis and millisecond-level(≤1 s)active water shut-off protection.Industrial application cases(in a 32-pipe system)demonstrate that this solution can reduce cable usage by over 96%,enhance remote operation and maintenance efficiency,and provide comprehensive data for furnace thermal balance calculations,significantly improving the safety,reliability,and intelligence level of metallurgical furnace cooling systems.
