摘要
2011年广东省"乌坎事件"的发生引发了国人的普遍关注和海内外媒体的广泛报道。以悲剧开始的"乌坎事件"在广东省官方独特的处置方式下,得以戏剧性落幕,为深入解析中国的社会管理体制改革创新和基层民主政治发展提供了生动案例。本文试图在实证调研基础上还原事件真相,解读事件发生的必然原因,分析戏剧性结果的偶然因素,以及目前陷入的困境,由此观察中国政治发展的微观动态。
"Wukan Incident"in 2011 attracted tremendous attention both at home and abroad.Starting as a miserable incident,"Wukan Incident"ended up in a dramatic way thanks to the"unusual"handling of Guangdong authorities.In this sense,"Wukan Incident"provided a vivid case for researchers to deeply examine social management innovation and local democratic experiments in China.In this article,the authors presented lots of first-hand information about"Wukan Incident",based on which they attempted to dig deep by exploring both the eventualities and contingency of the dramatic ending of"Wukan Incident"as well as reasons behind the impasse in today's Wukan village.By doing so,the authors tried to present the micro dynamisms of China's political development.
