摘要
当前,皮革专业中的人才培养体系存在学科壁垒突出、复合能力不足等问题。基于新文科视野,本文提出构建“科技+人文+商业”三元融合的创新创业人才培养新范式。通过重塑教育目标、重构课程体系、创新教学方法,并推动组织与师资的协同变革,旨在培养具备技术、人文素养与商业能力的T型人才,为皮革专业高等教育改革与产业创新发展提供理论参考与实践路径。
At present,there are some problems in the talent training system of leather specialy,such as prominent disciplinary barriers and lack of compound ability.Based on the perspective of new liberal arts,this paper proposes to build a new paradigm of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training with the integration of“technology+humanities+business”.By reshaping the educational objectives,reconstructing the curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,and promoting the coordinated reform of organizations and teachers,the aim is to cultivate T-type talents with technical,humanistic quality and business ability,and to provide theoretical reference and practical path for the reform of higher education and industrial innovation and development of leather chemical industry.
