2-氨基蒽醌-漆酚改性涂料膜的制备及其性能研究

摘要 将2-氨基蒽醌接枝在漆酚上,得到2-氨基蒽醌-漆酚改性涂膜(化合物3),改变了漆膜的结构、形貌与色彩,并且克服了漆酚的致敏性问题。改性涂膜自273℃开始缓慢分解,热稳定性显著提高,表干时间从240 min缩短到140 min,硬度、抗冲击力、附着力和柔韧性分别从H、18 cm、5级、16 mm提升到6 H、56 cm、3级、4 mm,粗糙度无明显变化,但光泽度有所降低。改性涂膜变成疏水性材料,凝胶率数值达到99.53%。改性涂膜色彩更鲜艳,理化性能优异,有望开发成为日晒牢度好、化学稳定性高的新型生漆涂料,应用在漆画、建筑装饰、工艺品等领域。 In this paper,2-aminoanthraquinone was grafted on urushiol to obtain a modified coating film,which changed the structure,morphology,color of urushiol and overcame the allergenicity of urushiol.The modified coating film began to decompose slowly at 273℃,the thermal stability was significantly improved,the surface drying time was shortened from 240 min to 140 min,the hardness increased from H to 6 H,the impact resistance increased from 18 cm to 56 cm,the adhesion increased from grade 5 to grade 3,the flexibility was increased from 16 mm to 4 mm,the roughness did not change significantly,but the gloss was reduced.The corrosion resistance of the modified coating film has been improved to a certain extent,and it has become a hydrophobic material,and the gel rate value reaches 99.53%.The modified coating film has more bright colors and excellent physical and chemical properties,and is expected to be developed into a new type of raw lacquer coating with good sun fastness and high chemical stability,which is used in paint painting,architectural decoration,handicrafts and other fields.
