Objective: To understand the clinical physical examination value of radiation DR For occupational pneumoconiosis. Methods:A total of 120 individuals who underwent physical examinations for occupational pneumoconiosis in designated hospitals within our jurisdiction before taking up their posts, during their posts, and at the time of leaving their posts were selected. The corresponding time period was from January 2024 to April 2025.They were divided into two groups and specific clinical examinations of radiological DR And high-kilovolt chest X-rays(HKV)were conducted respectively, and the actual diagnostic efficacy was judged. Results:The examination results indicated that among all 120 screened(selected)patients who underwent screening,101 cases had occupational contraindications, including 90 cases before employment and 11 cases during employment. There were 10 cases of suspected occupational diseases, among which 9 cases were on the job and 1 case was off the job.The quality of chest X-rays and the satisfaction with diagnosis in the radiological DR Group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiological DR Has a superior clinical physical examination value for occupational pneumoconiosis. It can reasonably screen for occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases, and ensure the quality of chest X-rays,thereby improving the overall diagnosis rate and satisfaction.
