基于虚拟仿真技术的化学事故医学救援训练平台的建设与应用

摘要 目的针对突发化学事故风险加剧及传统教学场景静态化、协同机制欠缺等问题,论述化学事故医学救援训练平台在提升救援效率中的应用。方法依托虚拟仿真技术,围绕基础技能、团队协作和综合决策三大核心维度,构建以防化医学示教室、多人协作训练室与应急处置推演训练室为主的“三位一体”化学事故医学救援平台。结果该平台借助沉浸式模拟环境,精准还原有害物质扩散轨迹及伤员动态生理指标,显著提升教学场景真实感与学员应急处置能力;智能评估系统通过多维度分析学员技能薄弱环节优化训练策略,有效缩短救援时间。结论化学事故医学救援训练平台不仅能为防化医学人才的培养奠定基础,更为完善军地应急医学救援体系注入新动力。 Objective To address the issues of increasing risks of sudden chemical accidents,static traditional teaching scenarios,and the lack of collaborative mechanisms,this paper discusses the application of a chemical accident medical rescue training platform in improving rescue efficiency.Methods Relying on virtual simulation technology and focusing on three core dimensions:basic skills,team collaboration,and comprehensive decision-making,a"trinity"chemical accident medical rescue platform was constructed,consisting mainly of a chemical defense medical demonstration classroom,a multi-person collaborative training room,and an emergency response simulation training room.Results The platform accurately reproduces the diffusion trajectory of harmful substances and the dynamic physiological indicators of the injured through an immersive simulation environment,significantly enhancing the realism of teaching scenarios and improving trainees'emergency response capabilities.The intelligent evaluation system optimizes training strategies by multi-dimensional analysis of trainees'skill weaknesses,effectively reducing rescue time.Conclusion The constructed platform not only lays the foundation for cultivating chemical defense medical talents,but also provides new impetus for building a civil-military integrated emergency medical rescue system.
