摘要
在数字经济与消费升级背景下,传统家居行业亟需通过商业模式创新突破同质化困局。文章以泛家居行业领军企业J公司为案例,对其在以“线上线下一体化”为核心的商业模式创新下企业价值创造情况加以分析。研究发现,J公司通过价值主张、价值创造、价值传递与价值获取4个维度的创新,提升了企业价值创造能力,具体表现为盈利能力阶段性增长、营运效率改善以及EVA值的正向波动。研究结论表明,商业模式创新对J公司的价值创造具有积极驱动作用,其创新实践为同类企业提供了一定参考。
Against the backdrop of the digital economy and consumption upgrade,the traditional home furnishing industry urgently needs to break through the homogenization dilemma through business model innovation.This paper takes Company J,a leading enterprise in the pan-home furnishing industry,as a case study to analyze the enterprise value creation under the business model innovation centered on"online and offline integration".The research finds that Company J has enhanced its value creation ability through innovations in the four dimensions of value proposition,value creation,value delivery,and value capture,which is specifically reflected in the phased growth of profitability,the improvement of operational efficiency,and the positive fluctuation of EVA.The research conclusion indicates that business model innovation has a positive driving effect on the value creation of Company J,and its innovation practice provides certain reference for similar enterprises.
