近几年,精酿啤酒市场蓬勃发展,新一代中青年消费主力军的崛起促使市场格局发生深刻变革。本文聚焦消费者行为特点及变化趋势,深入剖析精酿啤酒风味、口感、营养与区域要素的关联,提出“新中式”精酿啤酒研发为突破行业困境的核心策略,并以华北地区为例,融入中国元素进行针对性探索,旨在为各地域精酿啤酒研发提供借鉴。
In recent years,the craft beer market has been booming.The rise of the new generation of young and middle-aged consumers as the main force has driven profound changes in the market pattern.This article focuses on the characteristics and changing trends of consumer behavior,deeply analyzes the correlations between the flavor,taste,nutrition of craft beer and regional factors,and puts forward that the research and development of"New Chinese-style"craft beer is the core strategy to break through the difficulties in the industry.Taking North China as an example,it conducts targeted explorations by integrating Chinese elements,aiming to provide references for the research and development of craft beer in various regions.
