摘要
《长沙走马楼西汉简牍》是汉武帝时期的司法行政文书,对研究当时的司法、政治及社会等具有重要的学术价值。本文主要对《长沙走马楼西汉简牍》中的几处释文作出校订:将《壹》041/0051中的“造”改释为“道”、补释《壹》081/0649中的“客”、“未伏”改释为“末伏”、《贰》054/0796中的“邃”改释为“遂”、《肆》026/0798中的“监”改释为“盗”等,以期能够更加准确地理解这批材料。
The Western Han Dynasty Wooden Slips from Zoumalou,Changsha are judicial and administrative documents from the reign of Emperor Wu of Han,which hold significant academic value for studying the judiciary,politics,and society of that period.This paper primarily makes corrections to several readings in The Western Han Dynasty Wooden Slips from Zoumalou,Changsha,such as:changing“造”to“道”in Yi 041/0051,adding an explanation for“客”in Yi 081/0649,and correcting“未伏”to“末伏”,changing“邃”to“遂”in Er 054/0796,and changing“监”to“盗”in Si 026/0798,with the aim of achieving a more accurate understanding of this set of materials.
