摘要
铜冶炼过程中产生的副产粗硫酸镍,成为硫酸镍产业的重要补充来源。然而,其较高的杂质含量严重制约了市场价值,直接外售导致企业经济效益受损。本研究聚焦于铜冶炼副产粗硫酸镍的净化提纯工艺,通过系统研究除杂方法和优化工艺参数,旨在提升粗硫酸镍品质,为企业创造更大的经济效益,同时推动硫酸镍产业的可持续发展。
Crude nickel sulfate,a by-product produced in copper smelting,has become an important supplementary source for nickel sulfate industry However,its high impurity content severely limits the market value,and direct sale impairs the economic benefits of enterprises.This study focuses on purifying crude nickel sulfate from copper smelting by-products.Through systematic research on impurity removal methods and optimization of process parameters,it aims to enhance the quality of crude nickel sulfate,increase economic benefits for enterprises,and foster sustainable development in the nickel sulfate industry.
