摘要
青年干部是党的干部队伍的重要组成部分,其培训工作直接关系到党的执政地位的巩固。该文以新时代为背景,以青年干部培训课程体系中红色文化模块的构建与实施为研究对象,分析了红色文化资源在青年干部培训课程体系中的价值;继而从教学方式、理论体系、内容整合等方面,探讨了红色文化模块在当前培训课程体系应用中存在的问题;在此基础上,提出了理论教学法、典例示范法和实践锻炼法等红色文化模块融入青年干部培训课程的教学方法,最终从实施路径层面提出创新举措。该研究期望能为青年干部教育培训工作的深入开展有所助益。
Young cadres are an important part of the Party's cadre contingent,and the work of education and training of young cadres is the key to consolidating the Party's governing position.This article is based on the background of the new era,and the research object is the construction and implementation of the red culture module in the young cadres training curriculum system.Firstly,the value of red culture resources in the young cadres training curriculum system is analyzed.Secondly,the problems in the application of the red culture module in the young cadres training curriculum system are explored from the aspects of teaching methods,theoretical system and the integration of red culture module content.Then,the educational and teaching methods for integrating the red culture module into young cadres training courses in the new era are discussed from the aspects of theoretical teaching method,typical example demonstration method and practical exercise method.In the end,it is explained from the aspects of innovating the ways of integrating red culture module into the young cadres’training education,optimizing the overall planning of red culture module into the training curriculum,perfecting the quantitative assessment system for the red culture module integrated into the training curriculum,and constructing the educational mechanism for the red culture module integrated into the training curriculum,which hoping to contribute to the in-depth development of young cadres’education and training.
