摘要
本文通过分析心、脾两脏的生理病理变化与阳痿伴失眠的内在联系,从心、脾脏腑功能失调探讨阳痿伴失眠的病因病机,并基于“心主血脉,脾主统血”理论探究从心脾论治阳痿伴失眠的理论依据。
This paper analyzes the intrinsic connection between the physiological and pathological changes of the heart and spleen and impotence accompanied by insomnia,and explores the etiology and pathogenesis of impotence accompanied by insomnia from the perspective of dysfunction of the heart and spleen organs.Based on the theory of"the heart governs blood circulation and the spleen governs blood control",it investigates the theoretical basis for treating impotence accompanied by insomnia from the perspective of the heart and spleen.
