摘要
以温病学核心理论“温邪上受,首先犯肺”为指导,剖析温病学辨证思路在社区获得性肺炎(CAP)诊疗中的实用性。通过对该理论的深入挖掘,深刻剖析CAP的病因病机特点,分析运用临床辨证施治遣方用药思路,并结合现代医学研究,充分发挥温病学理论在CAP治疗中的优势,提高临床疗效。
Guided by the core febrile disease theory"warm pathogens enter from above and first invade the lung",this paper analyzes the practicality of febrile disease syndrome differentiation in the diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Through an in-depth exploration of this theory,we thoroughly examine the etiological and pathophysiological characteristics of CAP,analyze the clinical thinking of syndrome differentiation,treatment,and prescription formulation,and integrate modern medical research.This approach aims to fully leverage the advantages of febrile disease theory in CAP treatment and improve clinical efficacy.
