摘要
现有研究已证实思辨能力与幸福感对二语交际意愿具有重要影响,但思辨倾向与社会文化幸福感影响二语交际意愿的具体路径尚未明确。本研究采用问卷调查与半结构化访谈相结合的方法,以857名中国大学生为研究对象,考察社会文化幸福感在思辨倾向与二语交际意愿间的中介效应。研究发现:思辨倾向和社会文化幸福感均显著正向预测二语交际意愿;思辨倾向显著正向预测社会文化幸福感;社会文化幸福感在思辨倾向与二语交际意愿之间起部分中介作用。研究结果证实了思辨倾向和社会文化幸福感对二语交际意愿的重要性。
Although existing studies have confirmed the significant impact of critical thinking and well-being on willingness to communicate(WTC)in second language(L2),the specific pathways through which critical thinking disposition and sociocultural well-being influence L2 WTC remain unclear.This study employs a mixed-methods approach combining questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews,with a sample of 857 Chinese university students,to examine the mediating role of sociocultural well-being in the relationship between critical thinking disposition and L2 WTC.The findings reveal that:(1)both critical thinking disposition and sociocultural wellbeing significantly and positively predict L2 WTC;(2)critical thinking disposition significantly and positively predicts sociocultural wellbeing and(3)sociocultural wellbeing partially mediates the relationship between critical thinking disposition and L2 WTC.The findings confirm the importance of critical thinking disposition and sociocultural well-being to L2 willingness to communicate.
