摘要
本文通过分析《化妆品生产质量管理规范检查要点及判定原则》实施以来上海市化妆品生产许可检查情况,剖析检查中所发现问题的成因,在此基础上提出相应监管建议,以促进化妆品产业高质量发展,并为生产企业完善质量管理体系提供参考。
This study analyzes the root causes of identified issues by examining the cosmetic production license inspections in Shanghai since the implementation of the“Inspection Key Points and Determination Principles for Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices”.Based on this analysis,it proposes corresponding regulatory recommendations aimed at promoting high-quality development in the cosmetic industry and offering guidance to manufacturers for the improvement of their quality management systems.
