基于拓扑与尺寸优化的AGV车架结构设计

摘要 为应对重载AGV自重较大的问题,提出一种车架结构优化的设计方法,以实现等强度、轻量化的设计。以一辆载质量为2 t的重载AGV车架为研究对象,基于静态特性分析结果,使用变密度法、SIMP插值法和均匀化法构建了AGV车架的拓扑优化模型,并对最优准则法中的灵敏度函数和迭代求解方程进行了分析;然后通过ANSYS模拟软件对AGV车架进行了拓扑优化设计,并建立了拓扑优化后的AGV车架三维模型;再利用多目标优化设计方法,以质量、应力和变形为目标,对车架的关键结构尺寸进行优化,优化后的车体质量减少了16.3%,验证了新的车架结构具有较好的稳定性和可靠性。 To address the issue of high self-weight of heavy-duty AGVs,a design method for optimizing the frame structure is proposed to achieve equal strength and lightweight design.Taking a heavy-duty AGV frame with a load capacity of 2 tons as the research object,based on the static characteristic analysis results,a topology optimization model of the AGV frame is established using the variable density method,SIMP interpolation method,and homogenization method.The sensitivity function and iterative solving equation in the optimization criterion method are analyzed.Then,the topology optimization design of the AGV frame is carried out using ANSYS simulation software,and a three-dimensional model of the AGV frame is constructed after topology optimization.The optimization parameters of the key structural dimensions of the frame are obtained using multi-objective optimization design methods with the objectives of mass,stress,and deformation.After optimization,the body mass is reduced by 16.3%.Experience shows that the new frame structure has good stability and reliability.
