治疗型非侵入式脑机接口在脑卒中患者肢体功能康复中的应用

摘要 脑卒中患者常遗留肢体功能障碍等后遗症,严重影响其日常生活质量。脑机接口作为一种新兴的技术,通过直接从大脑采集信号并转换为计算机可识别的命令,为脑卒中患者提供潜在的康复治疗方法。本文综述脑机接口的定义、分类及治疗型非侵入式脑机接口在改善脑卒中患者肢体功能康复中的机制和应用现状。尽管治疗型非侵入式脑机接口在脑卒中患者的康复治疗中取得一定进展,但在信号采集精度、个体差异性、设备舒适性和临床转化等方面仍存在挑战。未来,随着技术的不断发展,脑机接口有望与深度学习、人工智能等技术结合,提供更智能化和个性化的康复治疗方案。 Stroke patients often leave sequelae such as limb dysfunction,which seriously affect the quality of daily life.Brain-computer interface(BCI),as an emerging technology,provides a potential rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients by directly collecting signals from the brain and translating them into commands that can be recognized by the computer.This article reviews the definition and classification of BCI and the mechanism and application status of therapeutic non-invasive BCI in improving limb dysfunction in stroke patients.Although therapeutic non-invasive BCI have made some progress in the rehabilitation of stroke patients,there are still challenges in signal acquisition accuracy,individual differences,device comfort and clinical translation.In the future,with the continuous development of technology,BCI is expected to combine with deep learning,artificial intelligence and other technologies to provide more intelligent and personalized rehabilitation treatment programs.
