摘要
全球制造业智能化转型推动着服装行业向“数据驱动”转变,传统手工工艺因效率低、精度差难以满足个性化需求,而数控技术可以通过数字化控制实现高精度自动化生产,为服装版型制作提供新方案。从必要性、可行性、实践路径、挑战与对策这四个维度,探索数控加工与传统工艺的融合路径。通过分析数控技术对传统工艺的优化作用,提出融合策略,为服装产业转型升级提供理论支持与实践参考。
The intelligent transformation of the global manufacturing industry is driving the garment industry towards a“data-driven”shift.Traditional manual techniques,due to their low efficiency and poor precision,are difficult to meet personalized demands.Numerical control technology,through digital control,achieves high-precision automated production,providing a new solution for garment pattern making.The integration path of numerical control machining and traditional craftsmanship has been explored from four dimensions:necessity,feasibility,practical path,and challenges and countermeasures.By analyzing the optimization effect of numerical control technology on traditional craftsmanship,a fusion strategy is proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the transformation and upgrading of the garment industry.
