摘要
基于毕节市智慧烟叶工作站的发展现状,构建以“设施层—管理运营层—智慧服务中心层”为架构的分层分级管理模型,将烟站划分为A、B、C三级,明确差异化建设目标与资源配置策略。旨在丰富智慧烟叶工作站管理模式的理论框架,帮助贵州省毕节市智慧烟叶工作站优化数字化建设,并为其他地区的数智化转型提供参考。
Based on the current development status of the smart tobacco leaf workstation in Bijie City,A hierarchical and graded management model with the framework of"facility layer-management and operation layer-smart service center layer"was constructed.The tobacco leaf station was divided into three levels:A,B,and C,and the differentiated construction goals and resource allocation strategies were clearly defined.The theoretical framework aimed to enrich the management model of the smart tobacco leaf workstation,assist the smart tobacco leaf workstation in Bijie City in optimizing digital construction,and provide references for the digital and intelligent transformation of other regions.
