摘要
基于可持续发展视角的土地资源管理,旨在实现资源的合理配置与永续利用,推动社会经济与自然生态的良性循环发展。以可持续发展理念为指导,系统分析了兴义市土地资源管理中存在的结构性失衡、制度滞后、生态退化与技术薄弱等问题,提出了从制度建设、空间优化、生态修复与科技赋能等方面构建土地资源管理新体系的路径,通过制度协同、空间集约、生态治理与信息化监管相结合的综合机制,实现土地资源的高效利用与生态保护的动态平衡。
Land resource management from the perspective of sustainable development aims to achieve the rational allocation and sustainable utilization of resources,and promote the virtuous cycle development of social economy and natural ecology.Guided by the concept of sustainable development,this paper systematically analyzed the problems existing in the land resource management of Xingyi City,such as structural imbalance,lagging system,ecological degradation and weak technology,and proposed the path to build a new land resource management system from aspects such as system construction,spatial optimization,ecological restoration and technological empowerment.Through a comprehensive mechanism that combines institutional coordination,spatial intensification,ecological governance and information-based supervision,a dynamic balance between the efficient utilization of land resources and ecological protection was achieved.
