太阳能-相变保温材料对温室大棚的恒温系统研究

摘要 温室大棚作为现代农业生产必不可少的设施,对温度的控制直接关系到作物的生长质量及经济效益。从蔬菜大棚太阳能-相变保温材料应用出发,通过对传统大棚温度波动、能源效率、保温性能及维护成本的分析,提出了一种以太阳能集热及相变材料储能为核心的温室恒温系统方案,主要涉及智能温度调控、太阳能有效利用、复合保温材料开发及系统集成创新关键技术,旨在实现温室大棚的节能增效,为现代农业可持续发展提供技术支撑。 As an indispensable facility in modern agricultural production,the control of temperature in greenhouses is directly related to the growth quality and economic benefits of crops.Starting from the application of solar-phase change insulation materials in vegetable greenhouses,this paper analyzed the temperature fluctuations,energy efficiency,insulation performance and maintenance costs of traditional greenhouses,and proposed a greenhouse constant temperature system solution centered on solar heat collection and phase change material energy storage,mainly involving intelligent temperature regulation and effective utilization of solar energy.The development of composite insulation materials and the innovation of key technologies for system integration aimed to achieve energy conservation and efficiency improvement in greenhouses and provided technical support for the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
