摘要
旋耕机刀轴加工工艺优化与表面强化技术是提升其性能及作业效率的关键。从数控车床加工前规划、参数设置、过程工艺3个方面探讨优化方案,分析感应钎涂、激光强化、渗铬等表面强化技术,提出技术对比与选择建议。研究表明,优化工艺与强化表面可显著提升刀轴实用性能,为农机高效稳定运行提供支撑。
The optimization of the processing technology and surface strengthening technology of the rotary tiller knife shaft are crucial for enhancing its performance and operational efficiency.This paper first discussed the optimization scheme of the processing technology of the rotary tiller knife shaft from three aspects:the process planning before CNC lathe processing,the processing parameters of the CNC lathe,and the process during the CNC lathe processing.Then,it analyzed surface strengthening technologies such as induction brazing,laser strengthening,and chromium diffusion.Finally,it proposed a comparison and selection scheme of surface strengthening technologies for the rotary tiller knife shaft.The research results showed that the optimized processing technology and the enhanced surface performance could significantly improve the performance of the rotary tiller knife shaft in practical applications.
