摘要
S7-1500与G120变频器通过标准报文1进行Profinet通信,详细过程为以S7-1500作为控制器,以G120变频器作为驱动单元,基于TIA Portal软件通过标准报文1进行配置,控制启动、停止、调速,以及PZD过程通道读取变频器的状态以及转速。对于多台驱动单元,使用FB(功能块)将应用程序模块化封装,以背景数据块做支撑,可供多次调用来针对不同机构的变频器进行控制。
The S7-1500 and G120 frequency converter communicate via Profinet using Standard Profile 1.The detailed process involves configuring the S7-1500 as the controller and the G120 frequency converter as the drive unit,based on the TIA Portal software.This configuration utilizes Standard Profile 1 to control startup,stop,speed regulation,and to read the status and rotational speed of the frequency converter through the Process Data Zone(PZD)process channel.For multiple drive units,Function Blocks(FB)are used to modularize and encapsulate the application programs,supported by background data blocks,allowing for multiple invocations to control frequency converters for different mechanisms.
