摘要
当前,生成式人工智能技术的迅速发展对高职英语教师的技能素养和角色定位提出了新要求。基于我国《教师数字素养》行业标准与相关文件,研究首先阐释了高职英语教师数字素养的内涵,在此基础上,综合多种研究方法,系统揭示了AIGC时代高职英语教师数字素养的实然样态、发展困境,并提出“政策保障—院校支持—培训优化—教师内驱”四个维度的提升路径,以期为高职英语教师数字素养的提升提供参考。
At present,the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology has put forward new requirements for the skill quality and role positioning of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on China’s industry standard“Digital Literacy for Teachers”and related documents,this study first expounds the connotation of digital literacy for higher vocational English teachers.On this basis,by integrating various research methods,it systematically reveals the actual situation and development dilemmas of digital literacy for higher vocational English teachers in the AIGC era.And a four-dimensional improvement path of“policy guarantee-institution support-training optimization-teacher internal drive”is proposed,with the aim of providing a reference for the improvement of digital literacy of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.
