摘要
推动绿色低碳发展是中国实现高质量发展的关键方式,因此为早日实现“双碳”目标,如何加快提升国内绿色创新实力,成为当下最重要的议题。深入探讨科技金融助推城市绿色创新的发展路径,通过相关文献梳理科技金融支撑城市绿色创新的理论框架。研究得出,科技金融在优化资源配置和科技人才聚集等方面发挥着重要作用,但仍面临着风险较高、监管滞后等难题。基于目标导向和问题导向原则,完善政府政策激励,强化部门监管体系,实现市场推广,旨在发挥科技金融的优势并落实到城市绿色创新发展当中,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
Promoting green and low-carbon development is a crucial pathway for China to achieve high-quality development.Therefore,accelerating the enhancement of domestic green innovation capabilities has become the most important current topic to achieve the“dual carbon”goals as early as possible.The development pathways was delved into through which sci-tech finance drives urban green innovation,a theoretical framework was constructed for sci-tech finance supporting urban green innovation through a review of relevant literature.The article points out that sci-tech finance plays a vital role in optimizing resource allocation and gathering scientific and technological talent.However,it still faces challenges such as high risks and lagging regulation.Based on the principles of being goal-oriented and problem-oriented,improving government policy incentives,strengthening departmental regulatory systems and promoting market adoption are proposed.It aims to leverage the advantages of sci-tech finance and effectively apply them to urban green innovation development,holding significant theoretical and practical importance.
