摘要
目的探究肺炎链球菌(Spn)感染相关肺炎患儿血C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院45例Spn感染相关肺炎患儿为研究组,另选同期50例健康体检者资料为对照组,比较两组血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平;依据不同病情Spn感染相关肺炎患儿的血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平,分析血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平与Spn感染相关肺炎疾病严重程度的相关性。结果研究组血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);低危组血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平显著低于中危组和高危组(P<0.05),中危组血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平显著低于高危组(P<0.05);Spearman相关系数分析显示,血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平与Spn感染相关肺炎患儿疾病严重程度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论Spn感染相关肺炎患儿血CRP、WBC、IL-6水平均呈显著升高趋势,且其变化趋势与患儿病情呈显著正相关。
Objective To investigate the levels and clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in children with Streptococcus pneumoniae(Spn)infection-associated pneumonia.Methods 45 children with Spn infection-associated pneumonia in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed as study group,and seventy healthy subjects with physical examination were selected as control group.The levels of serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 were compared between the two groups.According to serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 levels in children with Spn infection-associated pneumonia of different disease conditions,the correlation between serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 and severity of Spn infection-associated pneumonia was analyzed.Results The levels of serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 were significantly lower in low-risk group than those in middle-risk group and high-risk group(P<0.05),and were significantly lower in middle-risk group than those in high-risk group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation coefficient analysis showed that the levels of serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 were significantly positively correlated with the severity of disease in children with Spn infection-associated pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CRP,WBC and IL-6 levels in children with Spn infection-associated pneumonia demonstrate significant upward trends,and the change trends are positively correlated with disease condition of children.
