摘要
为了探索富油沥青功能层施工质量的评价方法与控制技术,以国道322线浦城省际通道路面改造工程一期为例,对富油沥青功能层施工质量展开系统研究。施工期间,实施全过程质量控制,涉及拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压、检测等环节的实时监控,以保证层厚、压实度、平整度等指标符合规范要求。结果表明,芯样平均厚度为32.2 mm,压实度达到99.3%,平整度良好,综合质量评价达到合格标准。
In order to explore the evaluation methods and control techniques for the construction quality of rich oil asphalt functional layers,a systematic research was conducted on the construction quality of the rich oil asphalt func⁃tional layer,taking the first phase of the pavement renovation project of the Pucheng Provincial Road on National Highway 322 as an example.During the construction period,it implements full process quality control,involving real-time monitoring of mixing,transportation,paving,rolling,testing,and other aspects to ensure that layer thick⁃ness,compaction degree,and flatness meet regulatory requirements.The results showed that the average thickness of the core sample was 32.2 mm,the compaction degree reached 99.3%,the flatness was good,and the comprehen⁃sive quality evaluation met the qualified standards.
