摘要
为解决新能源高占比电网下调频资源短缺问题,本研究以西北某电厂项目为研究对象,探讨了超级电容与磷酸铁锂电池混合储能技术在火电机组调频中的应用。通过分析机组自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)指令特征,提出了“5 MW/5 MWh磷酸铁锂电池+5 MW/0.5 MWh超级电容”的混合配置方案,采用超级电容优先响应、锂电池能量支撑的协调控制策略。研究表明,该方案可以将机组综合调频性能K值从0.8提升至1.9以上,项目投资回收期仅2.44年,内部收益率达32.43%,具有良好的技术可行性与经济效益。
To address the shortage of frequency regulation resources in power grids with a high proportion of new energy,this study explores the application of the hybrid energy storage technology of combing supercapacitors andlithium iron phosphate batteries in thermal power plant frequency regulation,using a power plant project in Northwest China as a case.By analyzing the command characteristics of the Automatic Generation Control(AGC)instructions,a hybrid configuration scheme of"5 MW/5 MWh lithium iron phosphate battery+5 MW/0.5 MWh supercapacitor"is proposed,adopting a coordinated control strategy of the supercapacitor responds preferentially and the lithium battery provides energy support.Research shows that this solution can improve the unit's comprehensive frequency regulation performance K value from 0.8 to over 1.9.The project has a payback period of only 2.44 years and an internal rate of return of 32.43%,demonstrating good technical feasibility and economic benefits.
