基于光伏并网逆变器谐波抑制技术研究综述

摘要 随着光伏发电技术的快速发展,光伏逆变器作为核心转换设备,其性能优化已成为行业关注的焦点。当前研究主要聚焦于提升电能质量,其中谐波抑制技术的创新突破正推动逆变器应用领域的持续拓展。通过引入先进智能算法,逆变器技术实现了从传统调制模式向智能调制策略的跨越式发展,这不仅满足了新型电力系统对高效能转换的严格要求,同时也显著提升了系统的低谐波输出特性和智能控制水平。本文系统性地阐述了光伏逆变器的基本架构,深入剖析逆变器中谐波产生的主要机理;基于谐波抑制方法的技术特征,将其归纳为源头抑制和传播阻断两大技术路径:前者着力于减少谐波产生,后者侧重于滤波技术的创新应用。通过对现有谐波抑制技术的改进研究进行系统性综述,本文深入探讨谐波抑制领域的关键技术瓶颈,并对未来光伏逆变器谐波抑制技术的发展趋势进行前瞻性分析,为相关领域的研究提供理论参考和技术指引。 With the rapid advancement of photovoltaic(PV)power generation technology,the performance optimization of PV inverters,as the core power conversion equipment,has become a focal point in the industry.Current research primarily focuses on enhancing power quality,with innovative breakthroughs in harmonic suppression technology driving the continuous expansion of inverter applications.By incorporating advanced intelligent algorithms,inverter technology has achieved a leap from traditional modulation methods to intelligent modulation strategies.This not only meets the stringent requirements of modern power systems for high-efficiency power conversion,but also significantly improves the system’s low harmonic output characteristics and intelligent control capabilities.The fundamental architecture of PV inverters is systematically elaborated and the primary mechanisms of harmonic generation in inverters are thoroughly analyzed.Based on the technical characteristics of harmonic suppression methods,these are categorized into two main approaches:source suppression and propagation blocking.The former focuses on reducing harmonic generation,while the latter emphasizes innovative applications of filtering technology.Through a systematic review of improvements in existing harmonic suppression technologies,the key technical challenges in the field of harmonic suppression are discussed and a forward-looking analysis of future development trends in harmonic suppression technology for PV inverters is provided,offering theoretical references and technical guidance for related research areas.
