摘要
本文采用文献综述法,系统梳理与整合了国内外关于体能训练影响运动员赛场运动表现的研究成果。研究表明,现代体能训练已发展为一个融合运动生理学、生物力学与心理学的科学体系。其对运动表现的促进作用主要体现在三大路径:在生理与生物力学层面,通过优化神经肌肉控制与能量代谢,提升力量使用效率与动作经济性;在运动损伤预防层面,通过强化核心肌群及改善发力模式,增强关节稳定性,显著降低损伤风险;在技战术与心理层面,卓越的体能储备为复杂技战术的执行提供了坚实基础,并能有效增强运动员的比赛专注度与心理稳定性。本文评述了该领域的研究共识,同时指出未来需在专项化训练模型的精细化、长效性健康效益及高新技术应用等方面深化探索,以期为理论与实践提供参考。
This paper adopts the literature review method to systematically summarize and integrate domestic and international research findings on the impact of physical training on athletes'competitive performance.Studies indicate that modern physical training has evolved into a scientific system integrating exercise physiology,biomechanics,and psychology.Its positive effects on sports performance are primarily manifested through three pathways:at the physiological and biome chanical level,by optimizing neuromuscular control and energy metabolism,it enhances strength utilization efficiency and movement economy;at the sports injury prevention level,by strengthening core muscles and improving force generation patterns,it enhances joint stability and significantly reduces injury risks;at the technical-tactical and psychological level,superior physical conditioning provides a solid foundation for executing complex techniques and tactics,while effectively improving athletes'competition focus and mental stability.This paper reviews the research consensus in this field and points out the need for future exploration in areas such as the refinement of event-specific training models,long-term health benefits,and the application of advanced technologies,with the aim of providing references for both theory and practice.
