摘要
建立农村居民生活垃圾处理付费制度在很大程度上受农村居民支付意愿的影响。基于江西省农村居民调研数据,通过有序Probit模型来探讨责任意识对农村居民生活垃圾处理支付意愿的影响,并引入人际信任作为中介变量。研究发现:责任意识通过责任认知、责任归属与行为担当此3个维度正向激励农村居民对生活垃圾处理费用的支付意愿;人际信任在责任意识对农村居民的支付意愿之间中起部分中介作用。因此,建议提高农村居民责任意识水平,丰富农村居民人际关系网络,并改进工作机制以调动农村居民在村集体运行中的独特优势,从而有效推动农村居民积极参与农村生活垃圾处理。
To a large extent,the establishment of the payment system of rural residents′domestic garbage disposal is affected by the willingness of rural residents to pay.Based on the survey data of rural residents in Jiangxi Province,this paper used the ordered Probit model to explore the impact of sense of responsibility on rural residents′willingness to pay for solid waste disposal,and introduced interpersonal trust as mediating variables.The results showed that the sense of responsibility positively stimulated the willingness of rural residents to pay for the disposal of solid waste through the three dimensions of responsibility cognition,responsibility ownership and behavior responsibility.Interpersonal trust played a partial mediating role between responsibility consciousness and rural residents′willingness to pay.Therefore,it was suggested to improve the level of responsibility awareness of rural residents,enrich the interpersonal network of rural residents,and improve the working mechanism to mobilize the unique advantages of rural residents in village collective operation,so as to effectively promote rural residents to actively participate in rural solid waste treatment.
