摘要
教育必须与生产劳动和社会实践相结合,劳动教育对中华民族共同体意识培育具有重要意义。劳动教育与实践育人在高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识过程中具有重要作用。从概念厘定、马克思主义劳动观及政策梳理等维度可以透视劳动教育的历史意蕴与价值内涵。分析劳动教育与中华民族共同体意识培育在目标导向、内容载体、主体构成、实施方式和集体协同五个维度的一致性与共通性,二者有机融合的内在逻辑,助推实践育人共同体与中华民族共同体在理论建构与实践落地层面的有效衔接。当前部分高校劳动教育存在的意识滞后、规范缺失、资源匮乏、主体缺位等问题。“学科+劳育”“生活+劳育”及“技术+劳育”的融合创新实践路径,可以为新时代高校劳动教育发展提供理论参考与实践指引。
The combination of education with productive labor and social practice is a vital component of the socialist educational policy.In the current historical context,forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is not only the central thread of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,but also serves as a fundamental principle guiding colleges and universities to run education with Chinese characteristics.Focusing on the unique context of colleges and universities while considering the universal value of labor education across all levels of schooling,this paper traces the evolution of the Marxist view of labor and related educational policies.It aims to explain well the historical significance and core value of labor education in the new era,and further explore the rationale of deep integration and practical paths for cultivating the sense of community for the Chinese nation through labor education.Results show that labor education and the cultivation of the sense of community for the Chinese nation share a high degree of intrinsic consistency and commonality:First,regarding goal orientation,both serve the fundamental task of“fostering virtue through education”(Li De Shu Ren),aiming to cultivate well-rounded socialist builders and successors excelling in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor skills.Second,in terms of content and medium,labor education provides a practical arena for concretizing the abstract concept of community consciousness,promoting communication,interaction,and integration among students of all ethnic groups through shared labor.Third,concerning implementation methods and collective synergy,both emphasize the principle of collectivism,breaking down inter-ethnic barriers through collaborative labor and establishing emotional bonds anchored in a“labor community.”However,current practices in some colleges and universities still face realistic dilemmas such as a lagging awareness of labor education,a lack of standardized systems,shortages of educational resources,and the absence of educational subjects.These issues lead to a disconnection between“labor”and“education,”failing to effectively utilize the foundational role of labor in fostering virtue and educating people.Addressing these problems,this paper proposes three innovative integrated plans of action for labor education to boost the cultivation of the sense of community for the Chinese nation:The first one is to construct a knowledge graph of“Discipline+Labor Education,”finding labor elements and ethnic unity materials embedded in professional courses,integrating community consciousness into internships and professional practices,and achieving synergy between ideological and political courses and curriculum-based political instruction.The second is to create a cultural sphere of“Life+Labor Education,”drawing on labor activities in everyday life,campus public welfare labor,and work-study programs to guide students of all ethnic groups to enhance their cultural identity and emotional resonance through mutual assistance in labor practices,thereby promoting the unity of all ethnic peoples like“pomegranate seeds sticking together”.The third is to explore a smart form of“Technology+Labor Education,”utilizing new media and digital technologies to empower labor education,innovating labor forms and evaluation mechanisms,and enhancing the contemporary relevance and attractiveness of such education.Finally,the paper concludes that systematically advancing these three paths can achieve an effective alignment between the“practical education community”and the“Chinese national community”at both theoretical construction and practical implementation levels,thus tangibly improving the effectiveness of fostering virtue and education in colleges and universities.
